We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All canopies come standard with a comprehensive and industry leading 12 year frame warranty and a limited 2 year component warranty. Our canopies all have serial numbers to identify the canopy and the original owner. The warranty period will begin once the canopy has been manufactured and the serial number is logged. In the even of a canopy frame failure which will be classified as any major crack, bending or weld failure from normal use. Overloading, accidents and other events deemed to be not normal will not be covered. 

Once a warranty claim has been processed, a new frame or component will be supplied at no cost to the customer providing the product can be delivered to our factory. Repairs and/or exchange times will vary and will be quoted once the product is delivered to our factory.


The products we manufacture have all been extensively tested on our own vehicles or in collaboration with customers and/or our dealers thus reducing the even of a warranty claim significantly. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically refund your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

To return your product, you should mail your product, with RMA number and copy of the receipt, to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
